Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, other US territories, or international addresses.

Shipping cost

Flat rate of $12.00 USD per order, shown at checkout before payment.

Current promotion: free shipping on orders of $200 USD or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while the promotion is active.

Carrier

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) from Miami, Florida. We do not offer same-day dispatch.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.

Address issues and lost packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve it.
