Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to start a return

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or was not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. For a different size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
